I decided it was time for a change today...I resigned at my job today. So now I have no job and no gf.

Time to find a new CAREER this time. I think I'm going to just bartend part time until I'm able to find a good day job (career). Wish me luck. I might not be here too much anymore...depending on what job I get.

 

I would guess that means no expo either?

Well, hopefully you made the right choice to pursue a career. After five years working in bike shops, I finished my degree and headed out to the real world. Went from $9.33/hr to quite a bit more ....

yes, good luck. bartending is a great in-between thing to do, and depending on where you do it, the money can be pretty decent.

 

I agree. you should always have a new job lined up before you quit the old one - believe me, I know from experience...

Woh! YD, life at work must have been pretty bad to force you to resign with no other job lined up. I thought about doing that for a while myself. But realized it wasn't a wise decision if I wanted to be able to keep up my racing lifestyle....
