Will DC5-R Brembo calipers fit on CR-V without modification?

A friend of mine is getting a set of DC5-R brembo calipers with pads and disc. We just wanna know if the calipers with fit on the older model CR-V. thanks alot for any information.

you will need 17 inch wheels to clear the brake setup...
