Default Tranny Leaking from Shift Rod Seal?

My transmission is leaking right where the (stabilizer) shift rod bolts up to the transmission. There is always a bead of oil on it, and the tranny will leak about a quart in one week. Everywhere else on the tranny is clean (including axle seals) except for this one spot.

My only question is, where exactly is this seal? Is it right behind where the linkage bolts in? I tried looking on hondaautomotiveparts.com, but I couldnt find the part I need. This is an LS tranny. Can this seal be replaced without pulling the tranny?

If anyone could point the seal I need out to me, or give me a part #, it would be very helpful!

Thanks!

Here is the seal you need to replace: 14x25x16mm Oil Seal I got that out of my Helms Manual for a 1995 Integra. It doesn't look like you can replace this seal without opening the tranny.
