alright ive got a tanabe hyper medalion on the way for my integra, and i was curious to see how tight i can get the exhaust tip in the cutout of the 98 bumper with out burning it up? a friend of mine said about an inch should be a safe distance? any other opinions??

I would say an inch or so just to give it room to bounce around if it has to.

 

mine is a little less than an inch and i have been runnin it on my 94 bumper and no probs yet.. but i'veonly had my exhaust for bout a month...
