This was posted last week in the ITR forum. I think it looks pretty ghey unpainted. McLaren F1's had full carbon fiber body panels and even substructure, but guess what, it was painted.

 

But paint adds to the weight... 66 pounds is very impressive considering I've lifted up doors that weigh more.

I believe i saw a Lamborghini on the Speed channel in some "ultra" exotic car rally with most (if not all) panels made of carbon fiber. I though that was ******* nutz.

so are you saying if you buy cf or fiberglass body parts you want them to come prepainted?

its just a body not a full car ok?
