Default fields v-tec controller ?'s

I recently purchase a rex that already had a fields v-tec controller in it, and have no clue how to adjust/use it. currently it's set for v-tec to kick at 5000 rpm's. If anyone has any info or a maybe a website that explains how to work everything it'd be greatly appreciated. also is 5000 rpm's to high/low, here's what i have engine wise:

jdm b16a
ACT pp
AEM CAI
B&m FPR
Integra Type-r manifold
ngk plugs wires
redline fluids
2.5 custom MANDREL bent exhaust
high flow cat

all inputs appreciated thanks again, late.
