Default pm5 replace a pm9?

I have a D15B1 running on a pm9 ecu, and was wondering if switching in a pm5 ecu will improve overall horse power?
Thanks for the help

PM5 is a DPFI ecu. Not sure on the PM9, is yours a dpfi engine? It probably won't gain you anything.

pm9 is an alternative to the pm5. you wont see **** in difference. somewhere (late 91) honda mde the pm9. everyone ive seen has a 91 stamp on it whcih is weird b/c the year of the ecu usually corresponds to the next year car, ie a 89 would be in a 90, 90 ina 91 etc.
