best swap for a 97 a civic dx...
im looking for a semi-inexpensive, (theyre all expensive) full swap for my 97 dx, ...i dont think i want a b16 swap, maybe a full ls swap later coverted to lsvtec, or a b20, h22's,>> etc , does anyone have pics of dx swaps in a 97 coupe,, dyno #'s, suggestions, etc.......jus wonderiing cuz i might be forced to keep my piece of poop car. thankxs
LS/VTEC sounds nice. Why dont you get a B16 now, and go to your locale junkyard, pick up an LS block, get that ho resleeved etc etc and build yourself a nice LS/VTEC setup.
thanks guys, money-wise the LS might be it for now, then vtec head.... ive heard so much **** about h22's not working well in civics because of weight problems, etc... anyone know first hand, that has an h22 in a ek coupe ?

Dont listen to those fools. Obviously they only read about people online who have problems, and never actually ridden in it before.

My friend has a H22 in a EG coupe. I have ridden in it and drove it. The only bad thing about his suspension is the fact that you can't get traction for ****. It handles fine though. Feels like a factory car should have.
Go with the H, its so much fun.
