This isn't like the 89 Prelude motor is it?

B/c I heard those where some of the shittiest blocks Honda ever made. Cylinderwalls crack like a no other.

Being so, almost no state will allow you to swap a engine older than the car into your vehical.

hmm i was wondering this myself...i would think you can because it's a b series, but CARB says you can't because it's a different classification, light truck, not passenger vehicle.

Someone posted just a couple days ago that it is NOT legal. Because the motor comes from a different classification of vehicle, light truck vs car.
