Acura Integra All Integra Except ITR

i have gsr head, can i change just one cam, or do i need both???

hey guys...i want to upgrade to ITR/CTR cams but i think i heard that you only need to get one of them (dont remember which one)...is one of them the same as the GSR, or do you need to do both???..
i know i should just do both anyways while im in there, but when your strapped for cash you do what you can...

i know alot of peeps that only put in the ITR intake cam, and gives a noticeable gain, but putting in both of course is better. there is an overlap issue if u just put in 1 cam

Get both! Unless you're getting just the Intake cam for REALLY cheap.

Also remember to upgrade valvesprings.

How strapped are you? Just save and wait until you have money to "do things right the first time."

im sure u meant dont forget, but there is no need to upgrade valvesprings if he keeps it at stock redline

Why would you upgrade cams to a cam with a higher redline only to take your motor to the old cams redline? (shakes his head) Do it right the first time.

not sure if u read his post...but he's only doing itr cams...sheesh. they dont make power past 8k anyways. what...you would raise the limiter just to squeeze maybe.5 hp?!!

aftermarket cams are a different story

i want to change the cams (one or both, not sure yet) to the ITR's...

but if i dont raise the rev limiter are you saying i wont see a difference???

someone help!!!!
