Default Oxygen sensor removal

This might be my second silly question in a row, but how do I undo the plastic clip on the oxygen sensor on the header of my 94 ex? It's some messed up kind of clip - it looks like you have to get it from the top and the bottom at the same time. Any help?

It should have two locking clips.

One clip locks the male to the female and the other locks it to the holder

Undo the clip on both of them if necessary.

Yeah - it magically came off now that my friend gave it a shot. But now I'm left trying to knock 9 years of crud and whatnot off of my o2 sensor. I went part shopping and they said that a new sensor is like $69, which seems a bit high to me.

Why would I want an OBDII sensor for my ODBI car? It is a 4 wire though.

I'm up to 136K and everything still works. The sensor works, now it's just a matter of getting the thing out of the old pipe so I can put it on my new header.
