Default EF-1 valve springs...are they any good????

I'm looking for valve springs and someone offered me some EF-1 valve springs.
Are they any good and how high can these rev up to?
pease drop a quick reply for those who knows..

EF-1 has some excellent parts, talk to Rocket on the EF-1 board and ask him about your setup. He will be honest with you.
