removing bumper grille

what should i use to remove that ugly bumper grill in the 96 civic bumper? hacksaw? grinder?

when i did it to my ex's car we took off the front bumper...but that was to replace her headlights too...after the bumper was off it was only like 4 screws and slid right out...shouldnt be too complicated
