Default thinking of JDMFaze.com?

I ordered an OBD2 B16 with LSD, from the start they had very good customer service, calling me and answering questions. Then I bought from them. Well the customer service was lost, they would NOT return my emails and no one would answer the phone! I thought I had been scammed for sure! but sure enough my motor arrived at my friend's shop yesterday! YEAH! everything is going to be alright! right? wrong! they didnt send me axles or intermediate shaft, shift linkage, transmission mounts, the a/c mount is all bent to hell, and the harness is all hacked up! Not to mention the motor is covered is battery acid! I am not pleased at all!
OH and on another note I read a post about a guy thinking JDMFaze is really OSAKA motors, well guess where my motor says it was shipped from?
OSAKA JDM motors
oh well Im done ranting!
I sent them an email last night and have herd no word yet (not really expecting to based on previouse customer service)
I can post pics if you guys want but there really isnt much to look at!

Damn man, im sorry to hear bout the bad experience. it sucks that u had to work hard and didnt get what you pay for. i gotta really thank you for this post because i have posted questions about this company and most of the replies were that they were too new a company to have heard anything about them. im sure that his post should also help out a lot of the other HT members that were looking into sending these people money.

just trying ot steer the HONDA-TECH comunity the right way
the company is alright but just relise that there are NO brakes in this world and you always get what you pay for! so now since I was cheep ordering my motor I get to spend the money i would have saved on crap that was supposed to come with it.

Thanks for sharing your experience. If just one person is saved from being ripped off, it's all worth it. I wonder how scammers think they can get away with it. There are more buyers than motors right now, but that's no excuse to steal from buyers.

Holy crap. I first started to read this post and was going to reply, 'it sounds like Osaka', then noticed you said JDM Faze is Osaka...

Oh man. Those guys are the worst company ever...

The only way I got them to send the parts I ordered was to tell them they need to hire American employee's - yes this wasn't tastefull, but it was the only thing that got their attention besides 10 phone calls and 5+ emails...
