Anyone know where to get the license plate mount that moves your plate down and to the driver side more for '99-'00 Civics??? Trying to find it.. but i can't.. HELP!

 

use L brackets, drill a hole in your bumper for each one, mount the L brackets where you want them (measured appropriately for the license plate holes), and then mount your license plate to the L brackets. there are also relocation kits from Cusco, I believe, but it probably costs a grip.

Yup, 2 ways. Buy the expensive kit of make your own by getting L brackets, 6 screws, 6 washers, and 6 bolts and you should be set, start to finish!

 

There's also a license plate relocation kit you can buy at Kragen/Autozone

 

cusco makes one, its a license plate re-location.

you can relocate your lp using exsisting lp mounting hardware. here is a pic.



take your lp off. then take off the lower bracket. then take off the mounting nut from the grill on the bumper. slide the mounting nut onto the fog light mouting hole. I have to trim a little of the plastic that was in the way of the nut to screw the bolt in. you shoudl be able to tell what I am talking about once you look down there. if you need any help pm me and I can take more pics too.
