One more question about my ZC swap
ok, the problem is narrowed down. The injectors are getting battery voltage (10-12V depending on the battery) when it should be getting low voltage. Plus when you turn the key to the "on" position there is some residue voltage making some of the lights in the cluster dim a little. but as soon as you use something that needs power it gets used up. The resistor box has been checked out and its working. I've already replaced the Si ECU(PM6). THe last problem is that the ecu is getting high voltage when it should get 2-3 volts I think. when gas is squirted into the intake the engine fires right up...WHAT COULD IT BE????????? any help would be appreciated...thanks
all of the grounds are hooked up...we've gone over the wiring over and over again...the engine will fire if you squirt gas into the intake but the problem is the injectors are getting too much voltage...they're suposed to get low voltage...thats the problem

The injectors are supposed to get "low voltage" ?
What makes you think that? There should be a constant 12v to one side of the injector. The ECU simply creates a ground path to fire the injector. Are you sure the clips are hooked up in the right order?

mpfi setups have low impeadence injectors which require lower voltage than a dpfi setup..thats why mpfi models have resistor boxes to step down the voltage..but I'll take your advice into mind
