Default Difference between ZC and first gen Integra DOHC??

What are the differences between the DOHC 1.6 ZC found in JDM EF Si's and the USDM first gen Integra 1.6 DOHC?? I think bore and stroke are the same in both (75mm x 90mm)...I also think the first gen Integra DOHC 1.6 is called a D16...somebody correct me if I'm wrong...

the mount location is different, drivers side wise, and the trannies seem to be slightly different......workable, but only a few bolts line up, if that.
