Default Will rattlecanning my car flat black cause problems in the future?

Im in the process of saving for my swap but in the meantime, my CRX has just about the ugliest shade of blue Honda has ever made. I know sanding and primering is fine for short term use but can I just spraypaint the thing flat black? This would only include spraying... no sanding, no primering. Will I have problems in the future when I take the car to get a real paintjob? TIA.
