goin with exhaust and a header, i hear both sides of the tape, dc is great and GReddy is great, i'd like some opinions and maybe if any of you guys have either of them, let me know how well they performed

 

i say.. get the greddy evo for the exhaust and DC headers

 

DC sucks and Greddy is so so.
SMSP header and a custom exhaust.

I agree with the DC part..
Greddy headers, heard good things and seen results on a magazine(import tuner..5-7hp gains)

Where's a good place to get the H22a Greddy header? Reasonable price?

i have dc headers and greddy evo... good combo... my car is quiet, unless i punch the gas... greddy evo is bomb as ****... only bad thing is, since my car is dropped the point where midpiece and exhaust peice connect, i scrape when going over speedbumps... and dc headers is great too, but mounting bracket right before the catalytic converter broke off, so i just bent it out of the way so it doesn't rattle...
up to you man... but imo, its good combo... i love it... u may too, all a matter of opinion...

 

look at the fastest 4th gen vtecs..Bolts ons or NA, i guarantee you none are running the DC, it sucks ***, i had it, got rid of it..got my greddy, and my 1/4 time dropped 3 tenths, and my mph went up 2 1/2 mph in the 1/4 geddy over the DC..the DC has a horrible collector, the greddy is much better and also looks much nicer..and is ALOT cheaper than any Mugen or SMSP, u can get them brand spanking new for like 360...peace..btw they look awesome too

 

what would you recommend for the h23a?

get a nice rear section like an SP or Ev0 and get custom mandrel bent piping and get DC headers SS but if you can hold out and save get mugen!!!

I have heard the DC headers suck, I would rather wait on the one by SMSP
but that will prob be too expensive, I will prob go with the greddy header which I have heard works good on the H22. I love my Greddy Evo exhaust.
