If I buy Toda spec B's do I need valve springs also?

Hey guy's can I run TODA B spec cams with stock valve springs or should I just get the A spec cams.

if youre not gonna rev passed stock redline, i think you can keep your stock springs. And if you just wanna keep your stock valvetrain, get the A's and save some money.
