since i can't afford new rims right now and mine have chips all over em and look like ***, i decided i would try and paint em. I love bronze rims but i've seen a few on silver cars and some looked strange. gunmetal could be cool. maybe just re-paint em silver, what do you think?

leave them alone. it wouldn't look right gunmetal or any other color.

half of me says "gross" the other half is thinking about doin it..

 

not quite my style.. but i'll keep it under consideration.. might look a bit odd on my stockbox tho

 

You could do them this color...(Very original BTW)



Or go with what I did. Just a different color gunmetal than the way they came...


Either way, just do what you want.

 

how did you get new stickers?

 

I think he bought the rims new and never installed them.

The stickers are not stuck to the wheels when you buy them new. I however, didn't have the stickers. I found someone on the board that had them.

sounds like a good idea.. i was hoping to go sleeper first and turbo her this winter tho.. we'll see how much cash i can make this summer

 

paint them dark orange with high heat paint so they dont chip it will Jdm
