Default Springs...Ride height listed is before or after springs settle

Im looking at H & R race for a 95 civic, there website says 2.5"F 2.25"R, which is good but i want maybe a lil lower, so im wondering will it settle lower than that?? and if so about how much lower will a spring settle??

have you considered going with ground control coilovers with custom spring rates?

what are the springs rates on the H&Rs, they should be on the spring itself....

Yea i heard they are pretty stiff havent purchase them yet, im debating between the H&R the skunk 2, and GC's paired with KYB or koni adjustables........ im researching on the debates about sleeved coils........ but i also dont know if i want to break $250 shipped.........but knowing me i will probably go coils......but just looking at all angles
