I need help! I have a 86 Si Prelude with a B20A. The gearbox is buggered and needs replacing.
I have had a quote from a reliable Honda Part wrecker, but i probly won't be using them as i can buy a whole other Si Prelude off a Mate for NZD 400.00 = USD 220.28, with a working gearbox, but i'm not sure of the model of mine. The price the Wreckers were charging was NZD 650.00 = USD 357.96, so i think i'm far better off getting this other lude and getting the gearbox out and using it for parts. But i need to make sure the gearbox model numbers are the same as eash other, according the my mechanic it will be either a N6 or F4. But where the hell do i find that!? Somebody please give me a hand!
