Motor mount options
I read about where someone used 3M windsealer to stiffn his motor mounts.
Also I have heard of people buying some polyurithane ( or what ever ) cutting boards and cutting them into small strips and hammering the strips into the factory motor mount materal.
My friend with a Buick Grand National also told me I can connect a "racheting tie strap" to a "non-movable" part of the motor and attach the other end to the frame/cross member to stop the motor/tranny from shifting too.
What do you guys think of these idea ? good, bad, ..?
Where and how much are "after market mounts" anyway ?
