Default Using ITR manifold plubed for Direct Port for All motor?

As some of you might already know, I'm selling my nitrous kit w/ Portflow ported ITR intake manifold. I was wondering if it'll affect the flow and the performance if I just use it w/ some Earl's plugs in the holes left behind by the foggers. Of course the plugs will be no deeper than the metal, and won' be portruding into the plenums. Thanks and let me know.
