why not try it the legal way first? and also maybe your sentences shouldn't be so damn incriminating with "illegaly" in quotes....quotes are ment to suggest something other than the words' actual meaning...

I have found a few places in the north bay that pretty much look the other way as far as visual inspection goes. You still have the tailpipe test to deal with. All that I can say is ask around locally because I cant post the info here for obvious reasons. sorry
