Do you want to make sure what the problem is or do you just want to throw an o2 sensor at it?

The heater circuit is 12v supply to the heater leads of the sensor. Got a DMM? It's just a 12v dc circuit with a resistance heating element built into the sensor. Code 41 has nothing to do with the oxygen sensing element itself.
Check to see if the heater has continuity. Check the Helm book to see what resistance it's supposed to have. If OK, then check to see if the harness is supplying 12v power to the heater. If not, then look for blown fuses or busted wires.
