Default Questions for Lip and Vtec4gs

Hey guys,

TypeR0207 referred me to you guys when I told him of my plans for a Turbo R. Originally I had all motor in mind, but I think I wanna try a turbo. I'm in the central NJ area and I was looking for some advice and a good shop to get the turbo from and do the work. Hope you guys can help.

Dan

Do you have a black ITR parked on a driveway sloping up (I wont mention street names for security reasons?)

I am having Greg (Vtec4gs) doe some motor work on my car, but I don't know if he does do turbos.

IMP @ 973-773-4200 does turbos.

Kaztech Motor @ 201-229-0939, does really good tubo work, they have put a couple of their cars in mags. But everyone wants them to do their work, even people from Cali, have their work done their. So there is a wait to get on their list.

Is that price installed and tuned? If so, thats what most in this area are charging. They put a Drag in a friends ITR, and they also changed his pistons for $5000.00.

I personally won;t boost a Type R, I woudl do it all motor ... its more reliable on the street, more fun to drive and reasonably fast compared to most. I've built 3 Type Rs for people so far, all were very successful. My boosted FROG was also really successful for a street car but very high maintenance

I usually put blocks together or have core blocks already built and sell as packages for all motor or turbo. I'm in NJ too, you can email me privately.

digital, thanks for the plug ... not sure who you are and what work I'm doing for you, you're either Joe from NJ, Larry from CT or Phil from NJ ... those the only 3 big jobs I have lined up for the summer .. next to builidng my CHEETAH.

Greg
