Test drove RSX type-S Sunday afternoon......
I first thought there would be a huge difference in performance between my R and the Type S, boy was i wrong. The Type S is very nice and comfortable, the power delivery is great and the smoothness of the 6 speed tranny was beautiful. My wife and I had the car for the entire day and we really enjoyed it. I would have to say that after driving the Type S that if the Type R does come its going to be unbelievable.

I've gotten a few phone messages from the local dealer telling me that the RSX were in , but they always called while I was at work! Finally that cute sounding voice (yes, female ... doh), got me at home. They have about 6-7 regular RSX at Radley and 1 Type-S. Naturally I told her I would be interested in the "R" version when they come this way in a couple years.
Boba -- good to hear it didn't disappoint.

I was thinking of taking an afternoon off work sometime this week to take the new RSX Type-S for a test spin. from what everybody is saying it is a real nice ride. Does it feel tame compared to the R - or is it just as exciting to drive?
I think it was very exciting too drive.
Boba- who feels sorry for whomever buys the Blue Type S that I had all day, cuz it wasnt broken it properly

yah..anohter positive rsx review...the car is just beautiful imo. i would be hard pressed to buy one if teh made a type r version.
I just got back from Testing the RSX-S too..
Hit it till 7900 RPM...
it is fast, but it's more like a luxury type car.. similar to WRX but less power I think.
The VTEC engagement is not as harsh as our ITR, but you can tell it is engaging.
Body roll all over the place in a winding up-down, curvy roads...
I will wait for the R to come..
