I just recently bought an the axel back apexi n1 off of Skafia....Yesterday/lately, the weather has been really crappy...rain rain rain. Anyways, i noticed since the muffler sits at an angle and also at an incline, when the car is sitting, and its raining out...water drips down into the tip...and goes into the muffler section. Do any of you n1 owners have this problem as well? Should i worry about it or just ignore it? Any suggestions, or feedback would be greatly appreciated
thanks
Jay

The easy was out would be to drill a small hole on the bottom of the tip so the water runs out, or you can change the hangers out so the muffler doesnt sit that way.

the muffler is at an angle. it is just the way they sit. there is really not much you can do about it. I am just going to buy a new exhaust.

Apex exhausts have stainless steel mufflers with mild steel piping with a coating (unless otherwise specified).

There is already a hole at the bottom of the muffler tip for the silencer nut/bolt.. I wouldn't worry about it..

i noticed on the 98+ rear bumpers, the exhaust tuckes behind a little better since the bumper hangs down a little lower, compared to the 94-97 rear ends.
as for the water getting in and rusting in the inside, that happened on 2 of my greddy sp systems.......one just started blowing about packing one day, the other one just sound like a rin-a-tin-tin at 2k rpm!!! So yeah.
