Default Arai Helments

Anybody have instructions on how to remove all the interior pieces to clean? I have the arai quantum and can't get the cheek pads off. The book says pull the pad back to the rear and then inward towards the center of the helment but that doesn't work.

I think mine just snap in with buttons or are held in by velcro, I have a Rx7-rr4 though.

Are you pulling from the bottom? Try sticking your hand up to the top of the pad and pull away from the shell towards the back of the helmet.
