Help: CRX rear bumper removal

Is it possible for me to remove the rear bumper with the screw thats behind the licsence plate still on? I think I got most of the screws off but its still not coming off and I don't want to strip anything.

No it is not. you may have to drill or try a screwdriver impact. Good luck (I had to drill)
