what dizzy do i need??

ok i got a 89 crxhf obd0... with a b18 motor and i need a distributor..can i use a dizzy off a 89 teg?? people said i can only use 91-92 teg dizzys....

I know 90-91, I'm not so sure about 92-93. But it has to be OBD-0. 89 won't work though.
