Default HELP!!!....with wiring!! (DX-Si)

hey everybody my friend just installed a D16a6 motor in his 91 DX and were having trouble getting the bitch started...which wiring harness would be easier to use..the dx or the si??...cause we have both..also what does this mean..
"cut wires A3(yellow) and A7(red), although leave some wire for later use. Now run wires from pins A3 and A7 into the engine compartment and label them. "
does that mean we have to run two extra wires from the ecu threw the firewall onto the injectors?...we havent done that yet but shouldn't the car still start even though all the injectors arent connected properly??..cause when we try to crank the car it doesnt get any spark...im sure its getting fuel cause you can smell it..so maybe the dist is fucked???...but when he got the motor from the guy it was still in his car..so i guess it should be working fine. so any help would be appreciated also if anyone from the bay area has any extra time to help us we would really aprreciated thanks.

you extend 4 wires into the engine bay, the blue/yellow and blue/green to the distributor and a yellow and red for the other 2 injectors. search on this topic cause there is a killer wiring diagram someone made up. goodluck man

you take the ENGINE side of the cut wires and run them to B10 and B12, then take the ECU side of the cut wires and run them into the engine bay.

The engine must have a modified DX harness on it. You will need the 4 Si injectors and the Injector resistor box. Only 4 wires run to the engine bay from the ECU. 2 fuel injector wires and B10 and B12 go to the distributer or exhaust cam on a ZC swap.
