I am currently having trouble removing these screws so that I can remove my bumper. I don't want to strip it anymore as it is and make it worst. Any good suggestions on how I can remove these screws safely without messing anything up?

How can I remove the bumper support from my bumper safely without stripping the screws?

Don't bother with those, look where your front turn signals are. there are four 14mm bolts there. Undo those and the whole bumper cover and support comes out. It's easier

 

Would these be the 14mm bolts and the whole thing will come off? I'm just replacing my front bumper.

 

yup take out those 2 14mm bolts, and also theres 2 screws inside each wheelwell, phillips. then the bumper will pull right off

i justed used vice grips for mine. its a whole lot easier

 

i drilled those pieces of **** right out.... i hate those things...

 

Those fat screw looking things don't hold on the bumper. I did the same dumbass thing you did when I first tried taking mine off. Bolts are the only things you need. 2 behind each bumper lens, 2 screws in each fender well, and 1 behind the corner light (for CRX), and 2 under the bumper which I'm sure you will see.

 

i 2nd the vise grips. i used them, and they worked great, and now i only have 2 of the screws in, and its not tight!!!

 

I borrowed a friend's impact screwdriver... before I got it I couldnt get those screws out for weeks.

 

I tried the vice grips, didn't work for me I guess the next thing to try is the impact screwdriver...

 

I just sprayed the **** out of them with liquid wrench...that stuff does miracles!
BTW, I think those are 12mm bolts behind the bumper lights.

 

I just removed my stock bumper today, damn those screws. I used a impacted screwdriver too get them out. Worked nice
