Paint the piping black...?
Black retains heat when light is shining on it because it does not reflect any of the light, where light is not involved (ie in the engine bay) it doesnt matter if the paint is black, blue, pink, whatever it will all be the same.
With that said, here is my old car's engine bay from NOPI a few years ago. So I would vote black, really cleans up the engine bay nicely.

This is wrong. Sometimes black pipes can actually radiate heat out better than silver pipes. This will depend on the contents of the pipe, and the environment around the pipe however. If the pipe is subject to more radiant heat than it can give off than it will cause the absorbtion of heat. So I guess what color would be better depends on how hot your charge pipes get, and how hot the metal of your engine gets. The differences are probably so slight that it doesn't matter what color you use anyways, and the insulating effect a layer of paint would have on the metal would also have a small effect on your results. So use whatever color you want, and dont worry about 'heat retention.'

I paint my charge pipe black too but mine is a junkyard/homemade turbo setup.
I wouldnt do it if i have a kit like your, hard to sell later on..
I paint my header black too(NA setup), to just keep it clean and nice in the engine bay
