my friends from insane racing can do the swap for you, or you could go to p1auto in fort mill, or jspeed in albemarle, or hondaraceengines in concord.

he's not going there to tune the car, just get the engine installed. everytime I have went somewhere to get my car tuned, or any work done on it, I have always had to go behind them and put more effort into their work, to get more out of my car. If you are lookibg for the cheapest route, hondaraceengines will do the swap for $500, which includes the wiring. But, I'm personally going with people I know and have dealt with for years.

P1 Auto would be my choice!

Jack (B18CXr) and Bob are two of the most knowledgeable import car people I know. Do a search for B18CXr and see what you come across. You won't be disappointed.

If you have further doubts...create a post in the ITR Forum as to whether or not anyone would let Jack/P1 work on their car!
