Argh, maybe i should shoot myself...
Anyway to make the stupid story short, I was asjusting my valves friday night and on the lock nuts sliped down into the valve res... no biggie right, so i stick my screw driver down to get i and it wont come out so i try the side, not thinking about the oil runoff areas...so there goes the bolt .. anyhow i thought well at least it may not be in my combustion chamber, probably just went into the oil pan, so i think not too big of a deal, just need to take out the oil pan, i figure hey it probably needs cleaning by now anyway.. but for anyone who has ever done this there are 2 trans/back bolts between this metal shield that lips over the oil pan, THATS THE ONLY THING HOLDING ME BACK, anyways in "helms" book it says there are only 8ft ibs on those bolts i'v put over 300 trying to take the damn things off, im sore all over and im really pissed, i've even drenched them in wd-40, im stuck.

well first thing, is make sure your turning the bolts the right way. (I know, i know, but its something i gotta ask). Next, i would either buy or borrow a breaker bar, and try that. If your in a hurry, you can slip a pipe over the end of your ratchet. That wont be too great for the ratchet, so be careful.
I just used a 4 foot pipe over my breaker bar ratchet to get them off when I did my tranyn work last month, piece of cake.
good luck, sorry to hear the bad luck/news about the extra work you gotta do now!
thats my luck man!
