Finally they're here! (my new Rota Grid rims) *pics inside*
After more than a month of waiting, I've finally got my rims yesterday and they're mounted on my car as we speak! They're 15x6.5" Rota Grids--Royal Gunmetal w/ a polished lip--wrapped in 205/50/15 Azenis RS rubber.
All I have to say is, "Gawd damn!" I'm very impressed with the looks and performance of my wheels. They're everything I wanted and more.

Next: I need to get rid of those altezzas. They conflict with my rims and look ulgy. As well, I'm going to paint my lug nuts so it looks cleaner.
What do y'all think?

The rims looked nice before they got on the car , I think they would of looked better if they were a lil bigger and lose the taillights and the wing
Do any of you people actually read the posts on this message board?

I got 15s because I wanted to go the performance route. The rims are 12.9lbs each.

I read your post, the fact of the matter is that you have some crappy lights on your car and i was stating my opinion. Also painting some lug nuts is just silly. The paint will come off after you put them on. Buy some nice lug nuts to go with your nice wheels.

Definitely lose the wing then, that thing's gotta be heavy as hell.
I personally think the stock 94-97 tails look better on that color Teg, rather than the all red 98-01 tails. But that's just me.

I would agree with pat on this one. Look at his ride
I like grids but i dont know if the gunmetal gray and polished lip looks good with your color.

Yes, it is quite heavy. It even makes my trunk fall on my head somtimes.
When I bought the wing and the altezzas for my car, I was going down the all "show" route, but now I'm goals have changed and I'm looking into performance. The wing, in the mean time, stays on just because I cannot afford to have the rear quaterpannels fixed (from where I had to drill). Also, since it is the same height and design as the ITR wing, it should be functional...

How is this the same design as an ITR wing? I'm sorry man, but an ITR wing isn't that ugly.
