An AEM CAI for the 88-91 CRX Si would fit - but it would be somewhat restrictive...
92-00 Civic Ex AEM unit's will fit simply by relocating your battery to the trunk. These ones have less bends than the CRX model, thus would promote better airflow.
Also the '00 Civic Si (B16) AEM CAI will fit, after relocating the battery. It is similar to the SOHC VTEC models above, but it has a larger diamer, and the bends are slightly different. I'd go with this one because you are using a B-series motor.
I'm not too sure about using any Integra model, they might fit, they might not...
