All my interior was recently stolen out of my garage. Along with the seats(front and back), and side panels, I noticed a gold metal thing hanging down from under the passenger side dash (were the passengers feet would go). The gold metal has the capital letters, LH on it, and has what looks like a wire harness. I am wondering if this once connected to my ecu, or what may have it connected to if it wasn't the ecu. I appreciate any help you guys can offer. Shawn

Are the letters in old english? Maybe the thieves left one of their homeboy g-funk initials necklaces lol

 

are there three large plugs (connectors) there?

sorry bout the interior bro, see if you can get a pic of the piece you are talking about. My ECU was stolen too but I dont recall the piece you are speaking of. I took a quick look but didnt see it.

 

yoshi, yes there are three large connectors 2 are grey with a white stripe, and one is blue then looks like its wrapped in black tape. it some what resembles the wire harness for a vafc....Thanks Shawn

 

Sounds like the ECU cover/holder

Check the passenger side kick panel to see if your ECU is still there.

if th ecu holder is hanging out.. the ecu most likely is gone.. if you see the 3 plugs and nothing your ecu is gone, sorry to hear about the seats... hoping your ecu is still there.. its a bitch to find a new one + rreprogramming = $$

 

There is also a bracket up there that supports some wiring for the Passenger SRS.
