Well if your gonna P&P the head, you should just port the mani and TB with it, that way you can have it all port matched...and while your at it, send them the header too (and also dont forget the gaskets). As far as cams, I know HKS makes a set, but they are VERY hard to get a hold of. And, if your up for it, ZCs' run sick when carb'd. Hope that helps.

Just do some searches on the internet, your bound to find parts to build the motor...I know there are high-comp pistons out there, I just forget who makes them. I know Mugen makes a carb mani for the ZC, but its hard to come by...I think Weber does also. If you go carb, dont worry about the ECU...the idea is you tune the fuel mixture manually...

Pistons and rods are easy t find, all you need are one that fit in a d16a6. I have SRP pistons and Eagle rods in my ZC, both for a d16a6. Endyn makes some SWEET roller wave pistons for a ZC, but there 600 just for the pistons. He's also right about the HKS cams, there hella expensive though. Endyn i believe is in development of some ZC stuff at the moment, cams and cam gears. Still haven't been able to find aftermarket springs and valves, you could get them custom made by Ferrea, but that $$$. There's stuff out there you just have to do a little research.
