I'd say it's 90% likely that it will only fit in an LSD tranny, and not any USDM non-LSD casings...the differentials are different sizes..
PS link doesn't work..

What about a JDM 4th gen tranny casing?

It will also fit a 4th - 5th gen non-lsd tranny. Because I sold my stock lsd to a guy in usa. He already install it into his non-lsd usdm tranny (h22a1). He told me it just a simple swap and bolt in job.

That's funny cause I sold an OEM one to a guy and it totally didn't fit. And we couldn't fit a quaife into the LSD tranny casing...

Interesting....the 4th gen OEN LSD has 14...
So the euro-r only has 10? That's crazy. I have a euro-r tranny I may actually be interested in this...but the $$$$ and my euro-r tranny has 0 miles on it..

The stock LSD from the Euro R tranny is just a very mild setup. It can't compare to the clutch type LSD like Spoon.

I agree. I had a kaaz before, but I had to go with the euro-r for the gearing. The gearing is a big improvement over a prelude tranny isn't it? in your opinion...

Sure I drove an Accord SIR-T before. But changed to Euro R since it released. The closer gear ratio help to keep the rpm a bit. But it reduce the top speed also. I can only do 250km/h at 7200rpm with my current setup. I hop I can improve it by using an AEM EMS to tune my car and rise the limit to 8500rpm.

the 5th gear on the euro-r is 0.812 isn't it? That's better than a 4th gen prelude tranny I thought...

Yes thats why it slows top speed. Did you put on the euro-r tranny yet? What flywheel you currently use? I am having JUN 11lbs, but I also ordered a fidanza 8lbs. What you think to keep the JUN or swap with the fidanza?

oh I see what you mean...you get to top speed SLOWER.....right....of course..it's fairly long...
I haven't put it on yet...engine goes in friday or monday. Is the euro-r noisy? I heard it may have straight cut gears?
I have a clutchmasters 8.5lb flywheel I like it. But when I had a knifeedged crank it really dropped rpms fast on the street. I have a non-knifeedged crank now so it should be perfect.
