Where can I find Bridgestone Pontena RE540's? Any help would be appreciated

these tires are not DOT and are not available in the US

yes, these are not US market tires.

they can be imported though... contact Ben at A&J Racing if you're interested as A&J brings in lots of JDM tires like Advan A038, A048, and Neova

Bridgestone RE540 are awesome tires though, they are actually fairly cheap right now as they are being replaced by the new RE55S, although they might not be as cheap as A032 after they are imported here.
