HOW TO clean inside of headlights

My headlights have that blurry look from inside the glass. Should i pour some bleach with water inside them and let it sit or geta toothbrush and try to scrub it clean inside with soap and water?

I cleaned my reflector housing on the integra not too long ago. Soap and water, try using a long brush and clean as much as you can then cut the water and dry it inside your house. Worked for me

cool. will soap n water cause anything to rust inside 92-95 civic lights?

I might try that too.. I've got a little bit of residue on the inside of one of mine. Other wise I though I might do the 'ol oven trick and take the lens off....
