Well, they were on eBay starting price $400 + $40 shipping, after the auction ended, I told him that I would give him $300 for them, shipped. He agreed.

No I don't think I would buy them, because he would not be willing to sell them to me. Not sure if I get this Q.

 

I dunno, not trying to be rude, and I am glad you got your lowball undercut price, but I just feel that there is something wrong when you win a friggin auction for X amount of dollars and then you email the guys saying, basically, "Hey, can I **** you out of some money even though I agreed to pay you more?" I dunno, kinda messed up IMO.

 

Well, I reread the post you made in it looks as though you never actually won the aution, or even bidded on it...you watched it end without being bid on then you lowballed him...I misunderstood....sorry. Not so messed up then.
