What kind of goals are you looking for? Where do you want your powerband located at?

You need to do some research on each of the parts you are considering and then decide for yourself if they are what you really want and are able to get you to that desired whp goal. Comprende?

I want something that sounds good, not too lound or raspy and something that is going to give noticable gains throughout the poweband.

I recommend the Greddy setup w/ a Carsound cat

the JDM ITR is all high end, and since you have an auto, the Greddy setup will suit your needs more

and the custom will be alot louder, inless a proper resonator is welded on

do not get the jdm type r header. way to big for an ls. and anways u'd be goin from 2.5" to 2.25" just wouldn't make since.......if u want something not loud pick up a type r exhaust. 2.25 inch and quiet. it's perfect for a sleeper if that's what ur looking for. u can save money when u get the type r exhaust that you can get a cat converter so you'll actually gain some power.
