Default would it be good to keep a d16y5 head if going FI ?

would it be good to keep a d16y5 head if going FI ? or should i switch the head to a y8?
please explain why either way is better. also do you think the y5 intake manifold is is any good or should i switch that also?

get an entire d16y8 head. (head, intake manifold, distributor, fuel rail, injectors, throttle body, ECU) then boost.

Y5 = HX.

Well, the roller rockers were a nice idea, but that isn't a performance implementation of roller rockers. The whole head is substandard by the standard of the more fluent D16's.
