I got tired of having to push the pedal down so far to even give my car a little gas. I decided to adjust. I did it running, and things were hot to touch, so I wasn't precise, but the cable is just about right and I'm only a few turns away from the end of the adjuster.

How much do you people have left? If I need more, what are my options - shorten cable or just go purchase a new cable?
