Had a 99 (did 14.4 stock). I bought an Audi (it was winter when the R was stolen).

Then switch back to a 2k R in beautiful CW.

PS never mount your alarms inside the egine bay, too easy to disable.

I dont trust ANY of the install shops around here. So I would rather install the alarm myself or have someone I know do it. Since I dont really know anyone..is it hard to install an alarm by yourself???
Can I do it following the manual??

hmm i guess that immobilizer is sort of effective then..97/98s didnt have immobilizers right?

I jsut got a proximity sensor on my alarm system, but I have no idea what the hell i can do to defend people pulling up in a flatbed, cutting the siren wires, loading up my itr on the flatbed, and driving off. - my recurring nightmare
